The location was great. It was just two blocks from ocean drive! The staff were amazing. I had one request to change to a room with a balcony and it was met immediately and without any hesitation.

The room was not properly cleaned. I noticed dust everywhere and sand on the floor. the staff did not seem very helpful when i raised this issue. breakfast was also disappointing. The coffee was served from a pot, not freshly made, and the toast was basic. i paid extra but did not feel it was worth the cost.

i appreciated the friendly staff and the great location. hussein at the reception was helpful with early check-in, very convenient. breakfast options were varied and very tasty. the hotel's unique, earthy décor created a very cute atmosphere.

my room had a king bed and a small fridge. the hotel offered complimentary wine during social hour. a restaurant operated on site. electric bikes allowed easy exploration of the area.
the gym's equipment selection could have been better.

the staff was helpful enough when i asked for extra towels.
the room felt more like a storage closet. the so-called 'view' consisted primarily of the parking lot and a dumpster nearby, quite a contrast to the advertised ocean views. i could hear every conversation in the hallway. It was so loud that i seemed like i was part of it.
